Every piece at Klasy Jewellery is carefully handmade to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your items to be crafted, polished, and packaged with care before dispatch.
Shipping Timelines
Domestic Shipping (Within India): Delivered within 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.
International Shipping: Delivered within 7 to 14 business days post-dispatch.
Customs and Import Taxes
International customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees that may apply upon arrival in your country. Klasy Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
All Sales are Final
At Klasy Jewellery, every piece is custom-made, hand-sculpted, or built with natural elements specifically for you. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Cancellations Order cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your payment.
Damaged Items & Free Replacements
We package our items securely, but if your jewelry arrives damaged due to transit, we will gladly send a free replacement. To qualify for a replacement, you must strictly fulfill the following requirement:Send a continuous, unedited unboxing video to hello@klasyjewellery.com. The video must be sent within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.The footage must clearly show the unopened package package, the opening process, and the specific damage to the product.
