1. OVERVIEW & ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We offer hand-sculpted polymer clay jewelry, authentic crystal jewelry (including earrings, bracelets, pendants, hoops, studs, and rings), hair clips, magnets, brooches, and related 3D-printed artisan tools (collectively referred to as “Products”).
2. ARTISANAL CRAFTING & PROCESSING TIMELINES
Unlike mass-produced commercial items, our products are individually handmade or feature natural elements that require careful manipulation.Production Window: Every item ordered is custom-made or finished to order. A standard period of 3 to 5 business days is strictly required for production, curing, drilling, assembling, and quality testing before dispatch.Timeline Extensions: During peak holiday seasons, product launches, or high volume promotional windows, processing times may extend. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays via email or direct banner notifications on our website.
3. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping speeds take effect only after the initial 3–5 business day artisanal crafting window is complete.
Domestic Deliveries (Within India): Shipped via premium domestic couriers and generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.
International Deliveries: Shipped via international parcel networks and generally arrive within 7 to 14 business days post-dispatch. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to unpredictable customs clearance procedures.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes: For all international destinations, the recipient is the importer of record. Customers are completely and solely responsible for paying any customs duties, clearance fees, import taxes, or local administrative handling charges levied by their destination country. Klasy Jewellery will not issue refunds or accept abandoned packages caused by a customer’s refusal to clear import duties.
4. STRICT CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY
Because our jewelry pieces are custom-crafted, intimately handled, or built with finite natural crystal formations, we enforce a strict all-sales-final policy.
No Modifications or Cancellations: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it enters our artisan workflow. We do not permit order cancellations, line-item modifications, or address changes under any circumstances.
No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection, or stylistic preferences.
5. TRANSIT DAMAGE CLAIMS & MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO RULES
We package our fragile clay work and natural crystals securely to withstand transit. In the rare event that an item arrives physically broken or structurally damaged, we will dispatch a free duplicate replacement subject to rigid verification rules:
The 24 Hour Rule: You must email your claim to hello@klasyjewellery.com within exactly 24 hours of the delivery time stamped by the logistics provider. Claims submitted outside this 24 hour window are null and void.
The Unboxing Video Mandate: Your email must contain an attached link or video file showing a continuous, completely unedited, single-take unboxing recording.
Video Integrity Requirements: The video camera must capture the shipping box/flyer prior to opening, clearly showing the shipping label details. The tape must be cut, items unpacked, and defects displayed to the camera in full view without a single cut, pause, splice, or transitional edit.
Disqualification: Any unboxing video that contains edits, jumps, hidden framing, or is filmed after the parcel has already been opened will result in immediate denial of the claim. If approved, a free replacement of the identical item will be shipped; cash refunds are never issued.
6. PRODUCT ACCURACY & MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
Natural Variations: We use real, natural crystals and hand-mixed polymer clay. You explicitly acknowledge that natural crystals possess inherent fissures, color variances, natural internal occlusions, and asymmetrical profiles. Hand-sculpted floral motifs (such as orchids) will have minor human variations. These are characteristics of premium handcrafting, not manufacturing defects.Component Safety: We use only stainless steel jewelry components (loops, backings, wires, and posts). While stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnishing and widely recognized as hypoallergenic, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure they do not have rare skin sensitivities prior to wear.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PERMITTED USE
All content displayed on this website including but not limited to brand text, website layouts, custom graphics, logo marks, photography, clay cutter configurations, and jewelry design shapes is the exclusive intellectual property of Klasy Jewellery. You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, mimicking, reproducing, or commercially exploiting our jewelry designs or media assets for corporate or personal gain without express written consent from us.
8. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT SECURITY
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions conducted at our store. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order that appears, in our sole judgment, to be placed by dealers, resellers, or unauthorized distributors.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the domestic laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts located in our operational region.
